Surveys are conducted by the Bureau in order to collect relevant information regarding the recommendations set, so that their relevance and usefulness in practice may be evaluated. Surveys on the following issues have been conducted by the Bureau:
 The introduction/implementation of flexible hours of attendance to combat tardiness in the Public Sector.
 Sick leave in the Public Sector.
 Part-time working in the Public Sector.
 Task Work in the Public Sector.
 Budgetary, Personnel, Pension and Other Related Issues in Parastatal and Other Statutory bodies and Local Authorities.
 Communication Facilities in the Public Sector.
 Recruitment and/or Retention Problems in the Public Sector.
 Travelling by car.
 Training and Staff Development.
 Remuneration in the private sector and public sector organizations not covered by the PRB.
