How can I send my request/proposal to the Bureau?

(a) in the context of a Report

Is there any format for submitting representations/proposals in the context of the forthcoming Report?
No. However, the representations should be clear/ concise and relevant justifications must be provided.
What are the procedures for submitting individual representations?
In the context of an overall review, individual representations may be submitted directly to the Bureau. The correspondence should be addressed to the Director, PRB. However, officers who are members of Unions are advised to submit their proposals through their respective Union and a copy of the proposals be sent to Management.
Who should I contact concerning the implementation of a specific recommendation in the PRB Report?
In the first instance, the issue should be addressed to Management, which, in case of difficulty, would refer the matter to the Ministry of Public Service, Administrative and Institutional Reforms.
